章堃：爱绿教育集团总裁，兼任贝思优董事长

毕业于东华大学莱佛士国际设计专修学院工商管理专业。温州市新社会阶层联谊会理事、温州市新生代企业家联谊会成员。06年进入爱绿，熟悉集团整体运营情况，统筹开展了集团全国布点时期的各项重要工作。完成集团化运营管理模式的确立，搭建集团职能部门架构和管理次序。推崇规范化体制和人性化方式相结合的管理理念，是爱绿集团的重要决策人。

Kun Zhang is the managing director and important decision maker of AIilu Group. He graduated from Donghua University Raffles Design Institute business administration program. Since 2006, he has worked in different departments and understands the development process and holistic operation system of Ailu group. He completed the establishment of operation and management mode and built up different functional and management departments. Zhang is the member of New Social Stratum Association and New Enterprise Generation Association in Wenzhou. He appreciates the management concept combining standardized system and humane ways.
